It's a three-player tie!I couldn't think of a more interesting way to present this, so I thought I'd show the three of them riding in the same train car together.

By the way, feel free to include Zero in your comics, I think I made a mistake vetoing the story a tad too much earlier.

The votes are tied, please discuss and recast your votes before next Sunday. Since a three-way tie is far from unanimous, you can vote for anyone, but try not to tie the vote again ;)

Here's the vote results so far:

Mark:C'mon now guys, what's all the negativity for? we're all fleshy meatbag humans here, lets talk about this, what'd I do?

    Reply robybang June 3rd, 2013, 8:33 pm

Guys, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop out. Something important came up, and chances are I'll have little time to spend online as is, let alone draw any pages or text RP.

    Reply Phenoix12 June 4th, 2013, 10:53 am

Since robybang is dropping out then I guess we should just vote him out then...

    Reply RuinMage June 4th, 2013, 5:23 pm

Dismas:"Alright, so when I said 'Let's vote out the suspicious guys' I didn't mean the two masked vigilantes, and the 'fleshy meatbag' down there."

    Reply Poppykook June 5th, 2013, 7:34 am

Bert:"To be honest, Mr. Krant, I thought you were one of the most suspicious, but now, given this vote, I'm not as concerned about you. Cross and the "human" weren't even on my radar. Who I am worried about though, is Miz and Basile. The only one to interact directly with Miz was the first one of us to disappear. As for Basile, I'm surprised no one voted for him; I mean he outright said he has a dislike for cops before pointing his finger at one!"

    Yeah so there's my suspicions.

-Jade made the only direct interaction with him and ended up the first mafia kill.
-Miz/Pheonix12 has been quiet most of the game, but not idle.

-May be coincidental, but it would seem that SPDark was the only one to draw the connection of Blade's mannerisms to police.

Melodil and Ledermann are also on my radar, but that's mostly due to their relative silence and lack of any other factors to convince me that they may be innocence (since silence is common to most of us thus far).

@robybang - shame you have to cut out, you had one of the more active and interesting characters. Good luck/best wishes with your important thing.

@Phenoix12 - I'd rather not have to default my vote to Cross/robybang, because in my opinion he is most likely one of the innocents.

@KreeTheBasilisk - if we do have to automatically consider robybang's character our lynch, can we compensate that with a group voted investigation of one player for this day vote? Or perhaps you can discuss with the mafia players if they wouldn't mind taking Cross out as their next night kill?

I guess it wouldn't matter as much if Cross did turn out to be one of the mafia, but like I said, I'm fairly certain he's innocent so it seems like a disadvantage to the innocents to be forced on the lynch choice when 2/3 special roles are already out, and all mafia are still in.

@all - anyway, just thoughts and suspicions, curious to hear some of yours

    Reply KreeTheBasilisk June 5th, 2013, 8:04 am

@Poppykook: Yes, it would be awkward to spend the lynch on this and I like your suggestion, but it's probably best to just cut Cross/robybang from the game right now.

You were right, Cross was one of the innocents. Let's say he's now the NPC who will vigilante/citizen's arrest the lynch target.

What the heck did Melodil EVER do to you you raging insolent piece of -
Lomiac please calm down! I am OK, he hasn't hurt me! Just let it go!
Oh... sorry, Mel. I thought he was bothering you :(

    Reply LandenMaster June 9th, 2013, 11:32 pm

@Poppykook: Also, Lomiac made interaction with Miz too, remember? Not just Jade. Not trying to contradict you here, just sharing my opinions and thoughts lie we're supposed to.

    Reply Poppykook June 9th, 2013, 11:52 pm

@LandenMaster: You know, after my comment has been up this long, I would have at least expected you would have read it more carefully. If you had you might have noticed that I mention Melodil only in the OOC (out of character/context) part of my comment. OOC indicates the thoughts that are my own opinion and not necessarily that of my character, or at least not something my character has shared in the context of the game. Bert's thoughts on Melodil thus far are, "I don't know anything about that person, they've been so quiet so far; I don't know them well enough to have an idea where there allegiances may lie, and after 3 people are gone that's starting to bug me a bit."

Though perhaps I should just clarify for everyone: when I say Melodil and Ledderman are on my radar, I mean I find them slightly more suspicious than someone whom I have no opinion on one way or the other, mafia or innocent.

@LandenMaster: Oh and in regards to your second comment, I am aware of that, but your interaction was prior to N1 and our roll assignments. So I don't really give it as much consideration, and my character would be unaware of Lomiac's interaction with Miz anyway, since he wasn't there.

    Reply SPDark June 10th, 2013, 12:52 am

Basile:"If I am allowed to make un commentaire, I would like to note zat none of us knew zat Monsieur Blade was la filiale de la police, and I am also surprised, to use your word, zat I did not get a vote." He shrugs. "As for my dislike of ze police, it is un conte for later. If I am lucky enough to be around, zat is."

"As for who I find suspect, I dislike Mademoiselle Skyrie's lack of participation in ze voting. I would have other people to say, but ze events during zis phase are making me think over ze people again."

Sorry that I took so long to respond, my mind was busy grieving the temporary loss of an important item to me. >.> That's the last time I put it into a drawer that isn't by my computer...

@Poppykook: Can you please tell me where exactly I said that his mannerisms were like someone who was playing police? I cannot seem to find it.

Any ways, right now Skyrie's the only person I really have left to throw my suspicions to. I see it as her taking a safe ride while we debate among the more active people as to who's town.
I was originally thinking a Dismas/Crimson duo situation due to the slight hostility that I was somehow seeing in their actions, but the Crimson revelation is making me reconsider this. As of now, I need some time to think over everyone's actions.
I do, however, think that Lomiac, Marcus and Gargo are reading strong town to me.

    un commentaire = a comment
la filiale de la police = the affiliate of the police
    un conte = a tale

    Reply Poppykook June 10th, 2013, 1:58 am

Bert: Oh! Je vous peut-être mal jugé, monsieur [Perhaps I misjudged you, sir]. I'm not saying you're in the clear of my suspicion, but that you would bring up Skyrie ... there's no-one in this group I have a more conflicted opinion of. One half of my mind screams that she is a troublemaker, the other half retorts that she is harmless.

Fantastic, we're finally having some debate! Just wish it wasn't so last minute!

@SPDark: You never directly said it, and I only said you might have drawn the connection prior to the reveal. That's because I found it oddly coincidental that you discussed your character's negative opinion of police on the same page as you pointed out your suspicion of Blade.

Admittedly, voting for Blade alone doesn't give me much of a reason to suspect anyone; Blade drew the wrong kind of attention to himself and everyone thought he was guilty (although I'm certain that at least one mafia would have voted for Blade, it's likely that not all three of them did).

Opinions are made to be changed, before this vote, I thought for sure that Dismas Krant was Mafia, but now I have no idea what he is. You know though, I'm surprised Phenoix12 hasn't posted any sort of response to my comments. He's my top suspect, and if you ask me, his earlier comment on this page just helps prove my point.

    Reply SPDark June 10th, 2013, 2:56 am

Basile:Ah, vous parlez français aussi bien [you speak French as well]? I think it would be stupide of me to expect your suspicion of me to be gone. Is it possible that one feeling is for her nature and one for this event?

By checking the times on previous posts, I'd estimate we have about seven or eight hours left before vote reveal. If the votes are locked now, what ends up being generated by this could be used for the next day phase.

To be completely honest, I was thinking a more quiet person was the cop at the time, as most of my experience with cop roles is quiet until they find a guilty party. A more active cop at the beginning can backfire on the cop (as happened this game). What happened the last day happened to be what ended up as me worried for a month over whether I had shot myself in the foot.

Plus it sort of allows a person to do a "But wait, you yourself voted for Blade" scenario. A pure town vote for Blade would be one of the more awkward moments if it ends up that way.

I do agree that the way he worded the comment is suspicious, and I prefer the way you asked about the scenario as opposed to what Phenoix suggested. His lack of commenting could be due to former obligations, an attempt to make him seem like town (as Seth did the same thing), or he could just not log on often.

EDIT: Holy cow, I didn't realize it was 1 in the morning here! I'll try to force myself on early to respond.

@SPDark: The votes are in and the result is locked now, and a few hours from now I'll finish and upload the Night 3 start page, although I suppose I will allow anyone who has idled to put in a last-minute vote to avoid being called idle.
