So anyway, here's Kree! Man, it looks so weird next to all these other normal reference pics :P
Also some additional factz:
He likes to poke around. Feel free to draw him lurking around just about anywhere (as just about anyTHING). He (generally) means no harm, he's just super-curious and wants to see what everyone is up to!
He does actually wear clothes! But since he likes to climb through vents and stuff, they usually don't manage to stay with him for very long :P He tries though.
He's (probably) an engineer. I'm sure he's found some sort of technical position of work anyway. Someone probably just discovered him fixing something one day and just assumed he worked there. He doesn't mind; he likes to fix stuff.
Kree will sometimes make a habit of imitating or even completely mirroring the species of the person he's interacting with. Or not, it's sort of whimsical.
He can split up into multiple pieces if he wants to, which generally makes them more intelligent than getting split up by accident/attack. In either situation, he'll eventually pull himself back together starting from the largest piece.
The death-by-insane thing. For him, a tumor would need to be treated by a shrink with an intro lesson in microbiology. Something like Dissociative Identity Disorder would result in either multiple heads or multiple people. Generally all mental conditions are amplified because of the "canvas" made available by a shapeshifter body. He would very much appreciate not dying by insanity.
I swear I definitely thought him up before I read Schlock Mercenary! He is sorta similar to Schlock in abilities though :P
I got it into my head that Hex would swear in math. The really serious profanity would be something like a logical fallacy or a false proof! :D

And kree, i love your art style. Your shapeshifty lizard is adorable. it's a shame you weren't in on the last round D: it would have been awesome. Oh well.
I have a feeling Kree and flint would get along. same sort of personality. though i decided to reveal Flint's personality in due time.

I was grateful that Hex included me at all when I forgot to submit something, so I thought I'd poke fun at myself this time around, seeing as it's technically the same character :P
I imagine that Kree would actually be quite sensitive to temperature in either direction. Too cold, and he'll freeze. Too hot, and he'll melt or even evaporate. And evaporation might actually cause injury, while melting is just a major inconvenience.
He's not quite that liquid-like, he won't evaporate. He could armour-up with some shell as some protection from short encounters with heat. He burns like any other biological creature but he can regenerate from it, so anything short of heavy loss of body mass would be survivable. Burns still hurt though! :(
Sustained heat is the killer. Sustained heat below the normal biological killing point would cause him to sprout a lot of fins and other heat-sink shapes to keep from overheating. If he's particularly hydrated he might even try manually emulating sweat. But all this would wear him down without access to any sources of cool to dump heat into. Same deal as humans dehydrating.
If he knows he's going into a very hot or cold environment he usually either takes note of places to heat/cool (like a lizard! XD) or builds/finds his own mechanical heater/cooler device to hide inside himself. (Even something simple like a hot water bottle, if he's in a pinch :P)
